The Team Effectiveness Process™ and full scale performance action planning process will assist the leadership and team members in identifying strengths and gaps between functional strategy, people, behaviours, and processes. This comprehensive approach will assist in determining priorities, identifying solutions, development needs, and establishing metrics to monitor your objectives towards becoming a more effective team or department.
The process is designed specifically to provide collective data back to the team to measure the perceptions of team members regarding process and system drivers essential to the meeting the strategy and key performance measures. The process also will enable managers and employees at all levels to take action on those drivers FAST – to improve your bottom line. In these economic times – can you afford to waste any resource?
The on-line assessment process includes a comprehensive report with, demographics, response distributions, means, standard deviations, and the team’s overall Effectiveness Quotient™ (a calculated formula and benchmark target derived from the scores on the TEA) that can be trended over time. These basic statistical calculations are used and reviewed by team members to prioritize team performance actions. The data is then used to determine the key business priorities and barriers to effective performance. Additional data reporting capability utilizes graphic illustrations to show immediate concerns of question ratings that don’t meet a specified threshold. This comprehensive on-line action planning and performance improvement prioritization process allows leaders and team members to determine and monitor performance improvement activities with detailed performance and results based action planning guidance, data results, and status reminders.
